DETROIT, MI - 2/3/14  - Activist, and Clergy are asking how Mackenzie Cochran ended up dead at Northland Mall after his last moments of life were caught on cell phone video, which shows him being pepper sprayed and restrained by three mall security officers. Family and activist will be at the Northland Mall to demand answers from management 

 Rev. Charles E. Williams II said “If these officers are still working, Northland Mall is not safe. This is an obvious excessive use of force. The video shows this incident has all the makings of police brutality.
